Legumes -beans peanuts cashews and soy
Nightshade vegetables -eggplant potatoes and peppers
Wheat and other seeds like barley , corn and rye
If you do eat beans, be sure to soak for 12 hours before cooking then rinse the beans and cook for at 15 minutes on high
