Everywhere there are recommendations to lower your cholesterol. Nearly every packages food item has mention of it, especially if that food item is rumored to be helpful in lowering it.  TV commercials, magazines, not to mentions your doctor’s office, the average patient is onslaught with that message many times daily, But is the correct message?  Take a low at world health organization’s data for men and women. In these studies, the higher the cholesterol,  the lower the risk of cardiovascular disease.
