Hi, I’m Dr Raymond Adamcik of the Florida anti -aging center. I recently attended the world anti-aging conference, and I redid my entire supplement list based upon that, and then prior to three conferences. So this is my new supplement list. I’m going to review this briefly so that for those of the regular patients there, for the main supplements that are recommended for everybody, top ones by the vitamin D and Omega 3 . But I’m adding true niagen , which is an NAD product, to that which is very helpful for energy production and for inflammation, and also for recommended for everybody, adding a beta carotene, 25,000 IU daily, which is used for membrane function, and you need membranes to fight infection. And then I’m also adding on that list, interesting enough, life extension, two per day. You know, I’ve not been a big fan of multivitamins, but there’s because of the sub nutrients that are there, like a selenium and zinc and the B vitamins and these things are critical cogs that you might be missing, and some of the other bonus nutrients, like lycopene, lutein and zeaxanthin, which are critical for vision functions. So there’s a lot of individual components that add up to putting this one on the list. The other one is Tocotrienols and specifically gamma E, which is made by life extension that has the eight different varieties of tocotrienols , which are helpful for cancer protection, for cardiovascular protection. So now below that that’s recommended for everybody is optional. Nutrients for those that want to lose weight, I’m recommending carnitine and green tea extract as before, but now I’m adding some muscle building supplements like branched amino acids, glutamine and creatine ,for some that you want to go that direction now for general protection, the super k still recommended for diabetes and cardiovascular cancer protection. Now, I have a reduced inflammation section now, and in that is ubiquinol as previous and NAC as additional.
So there’s a membrane healing section, and I’m adding glutamine, gi type issues, or skin type issues, glutamine are in that list. Now for my prior conference, I work with longevity, and there’s a list of my top recommended longevity supplements. These are not to be taken instead of the ones that involve. I still recommended the ones for everybody, because a lot of those involve longevity begin with. So don’t skip the recommended for everybody. But these are additional add ons if the longevity should concern. And there’s a new section down below on the nerves. My last anti aging center on nerve repair.
