Most people are really stuck in sugar metabolism, but they get hungry and edgy every three hours. But what you want to try to do is get out of sugar metabolism, burn fat. It’s not what you want to do lose weight by burning fat. So this is the best method. So you basically either skip dinner or skip breakfast. Would be the main way to go, so that you might eat from, say, 7am until three in the afternoon, or you might eat from 11am to 7pm which that would give you a 16 hour time period where you’re not eating during that time period, first you’re going to burn through all your sugar source your glycogen stores. If you’ve been eating a lot of sugar, that might take two or three days. You might still have some of that transition, grumpiness, hunger that you get. But ideally, once you burn through the sugar storage, you get into burning fat. Now that’s what you would want. You get into ketosis.
