Brew 1 cup of coffee, add 1-2 teaspoons of MCT (medium chain triglycerides) or coconut oil. Add 1 teaspoon of grass fed butter. Mix in a blender for 20 seconds. Then drink and enjoy.
Coconut oil (which contains come MCT) is quite beneficial. It improves brain function, boosts energy, aids in weight loss and helps reduce appetite. It also improves the gut microbiome and has been shown to be helpful for crohns disease.
