Hidden sugar final chapter

We have been looking for hidden dietary sugars. In past blogs we have examined beans, milk, nuts, fruit and fruit juice. Did anyone say some vegetables? Peas, sweet potatoes, potatoes and yellow corn all have more than 25 grams of carbs per cup. That would put you close to the daily limits with just those. Most others are reasonably low in carbs, so did in for vegetables, with a few exceptions.
